Ive had a loaner ring for going on 9 weeks! I continue to get the run around on my ring that was specially ordered! I have no realized they where trying to run out the return policy so the ring couldnt be returned! Never buy from them again.
They dont even acknowledge when you enter the store. It takes no time when bust to let other customers know you'll be right with them. Instead you're invisible as if your time and money doesnt matter.
