The service is great. I️ met two young ladies zakiyah and lily (may have misspelled) they were very nice and helped me make a good decision on which sandwich to pick and it was delicious! this is at the hurstbourne location. It was a nice and clean resturaunt and everyone was very welcoming. i️ highly recommend

The food and speed of preparation were excellent. My only critique is the lack of friendliness upon entry. A simple greeting would've been nice.
Love the steamed sandwiches. BUT... Prices are a little high. The app doesn't add reward points. The staff HERE, Hustbourne, Louisville, KY refuses to help me with the app issue. Very disappointing.
Revision 11/09/2017- this location just keeps getting worse. Went in during lunch hour. Gentleman that took my order was very friendly. Then it went downhill. After my money was taken, I found out that the drink machine was out. No non-sugary bottled drinks in cooler. I asked for my money back and they would only give me the money back for the drink I purchased, not the food I had to eat without a drink. 20 minutes later I received my food and was late getting back to work. Think you should avoid this location and go to the rival sandwich shop that just opened 100ft away.
Love this place, when in the mood for a sandwich go here. Best sandwich shop i been to. And to treat yourself, try a brownie.
