FOOD FROM HERE.
The special that they were having was for picking up only. For some reason I just could not find the place. But when I arrived, 10 minutes late, the cashier was very pleasant and friendly. She gave me a $5.00 discount on top of the special I was already getting for my pizza. And the most important thing, when I got home my pizza was, not only very delicious but still very hot. In the past my husband and I had been ordering from a different pizza store, but after eating Pizza Hut's pizza over a week ago, which we haven't had in a long time, we have ordered two more times. This will be our new pizza place.
So it's Sunday night and we ordered a pizza. It got here in a very timely manner. When we opened the box the pizza was just cheese and we ordered toppings. My husband called there to let them know and to get our correct order. Well after 10 minutes on hold and being hung up on we ate the pizza and he continued trying to call. Our pizza was delivered at 6:22. He did not get to speak to a manager until 7:05. And we were hung up on twice. The manager said they were very busy and hr instructed his employees to not answer the phones. That is pretty unacceptable and a poor way to run a business.
So we asked for a refund and apparently that could only be done by actually going into the store. This store isn't always the greatest on speed but tonight was the worst. We love pizza hut but it's really not worth dealing with such a poorly run establishment.
First off, I have never ordered from this specific Pizza Hut before and Pizza Hut in general in a very long time. With that said, my food was awful. So bad in fact I have been compelled to write this review.
Ordered pizza on a Sunday afternoon that took almost 2 hours to get here and it was so thin, gross and dry... tasted like it's been sitting in the window for at least 45 mins. Wasn't even hot still when it got here.

The breadsticks were perfectly fine.
I gave one star. This star is noteworthly becuase it was given for the speedy delivery in which I recieved my pizza that I ordered to my hotel room. This location charges a $3.50 delivery fee but I also tipped my driver an additional $3.

I got the dinner box and some wings becuase I have sorts of work's funded monies to spend on food. I spent a little more then $30 tota for a ton fried bread with very little substance. The pizza itself was awful. It was a 4-topping pizza but you wouldn't know it by looking at it, it was grossly under dressed. I counted only 8 pepperoni's total for the 8 slices. Is that standard? If it is that is a very underwelming and dissapointing policy. Also, it had too much sauce and the cheese tasted like low quality. This is just my opinion, of course.
