The location is really nice and the service was attentive. My major complaint is that our booth wasn't as clean as I would've preferred (seats and table were sticky). Otherwise though this was a good location and the food was consistent with all other BWW we've gone to.
Very nice place. Clean, Servers are nice and work as a team, helping each other out with service at tables. If one server is busy and another us not as busy then the one not as busy helps the ones that are busy. With all that said, I prefer to sit at Jay's booth. She is excellent, she remembered what I wanted from the very first time I went to BWW, I only go about once every 6-8 weeks and she remembers what I want and is also very courteous and friendly.
Service is consistently slow. We have found that it takes a server typically 7 to 10 minutes to greet us and take our drink order. We have also found that the trick is to order everything right away or else appetizer and wings could take you right to an hour and a half.
Great food. Great service. We love BW3. We visit several times a month. Great for carryout too.
Prices have increased, but quantity and quality have not. Usually pretty slow service, by the time you do get your food you are frustrated and over it. Great book store next door, grab a cookbook on your way out of Bw's so you can make better food at home.
