I've only had one issue... My fries were cold on one occasion.
UPDATE!!! 12/31/2018 - Because of the issues I have had with order accuracy and food cooking time (way too long) I will no longer go to this location.
Mediocre, overpriced burger. The burger was fairly tasteless. Five guys style fries apparently just means salted. Penn station does the natural fries much better. The service was fast and friendly, but couldn't make up for the bland food.
The food is phenomenal. The restaurant is always clean. The service is fast, reliable, and with a smile.
Food WAS always fantastic. Prices are fairly high for size of menu items. No need to EVER order a large fry.
Quick, efficient and friendly staff with a sense of humor, along with hunger pangs, made my visit ok. Too expensive in my eyes though.

Great burgers that are cooked just right and still juicy. The fresh cut fries were so good with just enough salt on them. For the price these burgers and fries are well worth. Hopefully they'll build one closer to me.
