I come in this place frequently and order the same Philly Everytime, 15' (2- 7.5')w/green peppers, onion and extra cheese. It. It usually takes 8-10 mins to cook and it's well worth it..... Well today my sandwich was made in a record time of 3 mins! Apparently there was some extra meat left on the grill from a previous order because when I got home one of my sandwiches had meat on it that was old and dry as wood and not to mention NO green peppers..So I went back and showed the manager that the meat on my two sandwiches obviously wasn't cooked together, one because the meat was only freshly cooked on the one with the green peppers and two because if they cooked all of my meat with the vegetables at the same time, then why wouldn't both sandwiches have green peppers? There's no possible way that all of the green peppers just happen to fall on one sandwich...
Found 2 big chunks of black plastic in sub. Was pissed. Won't be back!

Friendly staff. Good sandwich. Decent pricing. Online ordering is easy, pickup is fast.
I simply just asked if they would remake the sandwich for me and the manager got rude with me saying that the sandwich was made right the first time and they would NOT make me another! Absolutely the worst customer service you could imagine and on top of that threw me out of the store and refused to make me another sandwich even if I payed for another. I WILL NOT ever be back and suggest that you do the same.
Great sandwich. Great bread. Fairly priced against competition. A little stingy with my requested toppings.
