The communication and customer service were far worse than I could have ever imagined. Not only did they not meet our expectations but they told me that they wouldn't go thirty minutes out of their way to accommodate me after I was misled by their promises. As if that wasn't bad enough, they called me back to say that they had us on camera and suggested that we not damage their property before we left. We were forced to leave with our belongings in tow because our promised unit was not available. Luckily, I had a place to store my things overnight but had to rearrange my schedule and make a last minute decision to store my things elsewhere. Completely unexpected and unacceptable.
Looks like they are familiar with unhappy customers.

I've called numerous times, and their call center can never pull up my reservation. After apologizing and promising to fix the issue, they either give me a bad phone number or say they'll have someone call me back, which they never do.
The staff has been consistently helpful and friendly. Unfortunately that's my only positive experience here. The storage units are dirty and don't appear to have treated to much upkeep. The unit prices are way higher than what the environment reasonably allows for. I'm still trying to figure out how my things got so filthy.
Rented a uhaul and they ripped me off on fuel charges. I picked it up with under a quarter tank and dropped it off with more fuel than I picked it up with. They charged me over 60 dollars in fuel fees. Keep in mind my entire trip was 6 miles.
Very nice facility! Friendly, secure and convenient with boxes and UHaul rentals available. Prices are the best in town.
I suggest that you don't waste your time. Keep looking, there are several other storage centers that actually follow through with the services that they offer. Good luck.
