Great job by the crew. Everything was professionally wrapped, walls and doors were protected. They hustled and were able to come in under estimate which, of course, deserved a nice tip. Long, long day but the guys handled it with good attitudes and determined focus. They even moved a heavy-ass piano that other movers said they would not move. Thanks to all at AMS M&S. Ask for Steve to do your estimate. He explained the supplies charges, the hourly rate, travel costs, when I would be expected to pay the movers (before they unload), etc. I knew exactly what to expect going in. Not sure why some folks talked about not knowing about the costs on some reviews. Ask for Steve and you won't have that problem. Oh, and schedule early and ask for the morning appointment. That way you won't be waiting for a crew that is held up because of an earlier appointment going over.

I would not ever call this company again. HORRIBLE!!!

Charlie from All My Sons and his crew made our moving day incredible! They worked so incredibly hard all day long to make sure all of our home was packed safely and efficiently. Charlie lead the crew with extra hustle & professionalism. They managed to pack our 2,500 square foot house in 18 ft of our rented trailer for a cross country move. (Which saved us a lot of money in trailer space)! Every item was handled with care and like it was their own. Charlie even left his hammer to help us fix something at the end! The crew was also so polite and very hard working. I would recommend Charlie and his crew to anyone looking for a great moving company! They were worth every penny!

Just want to send a very big thanks for the big move from Louisville, Kentucky to Nashville, Tennessee.

The office was the biggest bunch of liars I have ever encountered. When we made the initial call we told them we needed a morning appointment. They called 2 days before to confirm, and said they had us set up for the afternoon. We told them we needed morning so the man said he would rearrange the schedule so we would be 1st. On the day of the move when no one had showed up by 10 we called. Was told they were finishing up another move but they should be there shortly. After 4 more calls talking to the same person each time I asked to speak to the manager. Previously I had ask if we would get a discount since they were 7 hours late. He said he would talk to the manager and the next time I talked to him he said the manager was going to send him an email with information on a discount. The last time I called I spoke to the manager and he told me I had talked to a call center in Dallas and they didn't know what the local appoints were. He said they didn't offer any discounts and was very rude. The guy I originally talked to could be heard in the background laughing. The last time I called I was told that according to their GPS they should be in front of our house. I then received a call from the truck and was told they were about 35 minutes away. When the guys got there at 5:15 (8 1/2 HOURS LATE ) They had been told that there was 1 room of furniture that had already been broken down. They were not aware of the other 4 rooms and boxes. One was a college student and really wasn't happy about being deceived but they did stay and move us. The movers worked hard but was not careful and did mess up some of the furniture. It was raining and we were charged for a plastic wrap on the mattress.

My husband and I are both over 70, retired and were in need of an honest company to help us move a truck load of items from our old house to our new one. I contacted Danny at All My Sons in Louisville, KY and he made us an appointment and I paid a $350.00 deposit for our move to happen in 2 weeks this was on 11/17/2017 on 11/20/2017 our daughter informed us that her husband and his team were going to come in 1 week to move everything for free! I called and told Danny what had happened and that we needed to cancel, he was so nice said no problem, I asked about our deposit and this sweet man said he would refund it in full. This is what a honest company does. If I need movers in the future I will certainly call All My Sons moving. Anyone this honest can be trusted and be depended on to do exactly what he promises.
