The play ground equipment is falling apart. The grass is never mowed. The bathroom is too far away from the playground and fishing dock which is also falling apart. There is always trash everywhere and hardly any trash cans. The fishing isn't very good. In other words the park sucks. Unfortunately its the one that is close to me. Don't usually rant but Ive never in the 5 years Ive been going here seen any attempts at improvement.
It was so awesome. Me and my son fed the ducks. We were ambushed with their present. It was so many ducks. We had a whole loaves of bread that they enjoyed. The park was really nice. Had a great time
Plenty of trees and areas to relax or play. Nice place to go for a walk! And of course, there's that beautiful view of the water . . .
Too much duck and goose excrement floating on the top of the water. The water is pea green (like the soup) and you can see particulates from the excrement suspended in the water. This is most notable by the boat dock. The lake does not look healthy but the abundant and varied wildlife living here suggests I might just be too squeemish for my own good. I'd still pass on eating any fish caught here even though local authorities claim it to be safe.
Very scenic and peaceful... nice place to hike and take in Nature!!
