Near impossible to reach someone on the phone. After paying $50 per adult I did receive a call but she was rude and condescending. I have never paid more than $35 per APPLICATION. I could not get a straight answer on why I and my co-signer were declined. I have no evictions, criminal record, no pets, don't smoke, plenty of income. The same day I applied with another local real estate company and was approved within hours.

Yesterday,the air conditioning in our unit failed.Told by Dave Parks' maintenance there was no need to fix the unit because the weather isn't hot.Excellent response to 2 heart surgery patients.Plus,that's not the true point.
