Attempting to get this company to do anything for you as a tenant is like trying to pull teeth. We were very fortunate to have the owner of the property we were renting give us his contact information so we could contact him directly if anything needed his attention. Chad is VERY unprofessional and quite rude most of the time. Their only concern is that they are making money. They really could care less about the tenant!

We selected PMofL last year because the previous manager was not doing very well, and we had some tenants who did not understand the concept of paying lease payments in a timely fashion.
