Denise Wisdom is a liar and a thief. As a contract employee from Michigan we rented her personal home that she had listed with her company Keller Williams. She promised to make numerous repairs to property and never saw that they were complete. When I accepted a permanent position down here in KY she was ecstatic for us and immediately offered real estate services through herself and her son Andrew. The home buying experience with the Wisdoms was less than superb. Communication was atrocious...I was paying thousands of dollars to someone only for me to have to do most the work! Once the sale was complete and we vacated the property Mrs. Wisdom did a walk-through and said all was well and my $1700 security deposit would be returned minus 4 days of pro-rated rent and some water bills that were paid by her during the process of my transferring service to my name. Over a month and a half after I vacated the property Mrs. Wisdom decided to let me know that there was a repair that must be made to the home and she was going to hold me accountable for it. I refused to agree to pay $350 for a $12 water valve that was malfunctioning. Especially a valve that was identified well over a month after I moved out of the property. It was then she decided to start ignoring my calls, texts and emails. It has been 7 months now and my money still has not been returned to me. Excuse after excuse and chance after chance...I still have no check. I will be taking this through the small claims court system and will do all I can to deter everyone I know from engaging in business with someone who is so irresponsible, inconsiderate, deceiving and dishonest. DO NOT purchase or rent a home through Denise Wisdom. You will only end up frustrated and stolen from.
