Totally messed up my to go order. Reuben sauerkraut was to be on side, add mayo and lite 1000. Chocolate shake was ledt off all together, sandwich was made as normal, replacement sandwich still tje same. Cant run a drive thru, apply elsewhere or tell management to close it.
Awful food. Patty melt had a thin small hamburger, the Texas toast was too much bread and the edges were burnt. No manager around. George was very friendly and fast.

This is a iconic place, Even if you have never ate at one, you know about it from our parents and older generation. When you are there I guarantee you will see a elderly person and most likely a grandchild with them. It just reminds you of days of the past, happier times for most. But I am sorry to say that even though it takes you back, the food does not. It's just not the same. It's almost like they are cutting corners with the food and living on the iconic image to stay afloat. I hope to see them to pull it together and make the changes needed to take the food back to the iconic taste that made them the popular place they was to our parents and grandparents and keep this place going and give us a reason to keep a tradition going with our kids and grandkids.
