The mac-n-cheese burger was decadent, but good. Wife's steak was ordered medium. Was bloody raw. I see where others have commented about the same thing. The quality of the steak was disappointing as well. Next time, she'll just get a burger like I did.
DISGUSTING!!! I had the Parmesan crusted chicken with Caesar salad and fries. The fries were smushy and i don’t know what kind of seasoning they used. Terrible. The salad was made with spinach! And the Parmesan crusted chicken has some sort of ranch on it leaves a horrible taste in your mouth. I’m never coming back. How can you mess up a salad and fries?!?! If u can’t even cook that i know you can’t anything well. I give one star because my food was ready on time.
Dirty!!!! Went there last night and sat at the bar with a friend. It took the bartender 10 minutes to take our order. It wasn’t even crowded. My friend ordered a drink and the bartender gave it to her on a dirty napkin. We started noticing things while waiting for our food. Piles of trash on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink. We canceled our order and the bartender slammed the check down on the counter. Terrible service.
Hi, I hadn't been to TGI Fridays in quite some time but remember they had such good potato skins as an appetizer. How times have changed...they were terrible and sent back. The chicken in my entree was tough. Don't plan to go back anytime soon unless to get my free dessert from signing up for their app. Our server seemed to be rushing us. Very disappointing.
Sat @ the bar & the service was pretty much non existent. They were bz & I get that but they knew they would be & should have been prepared! The bartender was rude, serving others that arrived after we did & when I made her aware, she just walked off & for a Mgr. Waiting to be acknowledged, served & follow up was stupid ridiculous! The Mgr. apologized & explained they were short handed but didn't do much else to rectify the situation. Not that I expected anything free but I wasn't happy. The past few times I've been there haven't been anything to write home about & it's a shame bc I used to LOVE Friday's!
