It's like every other bed bath and beyond. They strive to keep store clean but fall short on keeping merchandise priced.
I was reluctant to go and register with my fiance. I especially did not want to go to Bed Bath and Beyond! Well I was definitely wrong. Jasmine was the lady that walked us around for three hours helping make the process painless and actually enjoyable. I firmly believe customer experience is one of the most important things and Jasmine made sure that happened. Also the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and polite too. I strongly recommend.
We go to Bed Bath and Beyond for special items we know they carry. Always find the item being sought.
Nice place but most things are overpriced compared to online stores.
Me and my 23 year old daughter was followed around continuously like they thought we were going to steal something. I ran into a close friend of mine who was there with her two older kids, 18 & 20, and she said it first. She said i'm leaving because they are following me around and making me feel uncomfortable, i said the same thing was happening to me. I go into the other locations and have never been treated so poorly. Everything i touched the same guy who worked there would come and straighten it. I got so sick of it i left without purchasing anything. They are hurting business by making their faithful customers feel like theives. I don't steal and i shouldn't have to have a young man stick to me like glue when i'm shopping with my daughter. It felt weird. I won't go back in this location.
