Dillard's is pretty nice. Always well maintained and organized, and the staff is always friendly.
No good return policy.
Customer service is awful. I bought some bras and underwear, no one was there to check out. I had to go to another department, they didnt give me extra 30% off even though I told them that it is 30% off. I cant return there. I went to 2nd floor to see customer service. They sent me back to Lingerie department. I told them no one is there to help. I ended up return at customer service. No one worked there seem to care if the customer purchase anything or not. No wonder the company lost customers to Amazon and closed a lot of stores!
