Great experience purchasing a Dutch oven for a Xmas present. Plenty of cashier's for 12/23 busyness. Fun to shop here because of all the discounts and Kohl's cash.
Conveniently located and love the sales, promos/promo codes (online), their Yes Rewards program, Kohl's cash, the option to shop online and pick up in store or vice versa. (If you are at the store and they do not carry the item in-store or it's out of stock, there's a kiosk by the customer service counter that you can use to order your item and have it shipped to you or the store location of your choice.) Staff is usually always very friendly. I do wish they had a larger/better selection of women's athletic wear. (Nike, Under Armour, Addidas, etc.) It's usually slim pickings. The dept isn't very large to begin with, which makes finding items you like hard, and then the size you need even harder!
Exceptional customer service! I had ordered a pair of shoes, available only online. I had to exchange them for a larger size and the customer service rep in store and on the phone were amazing and did everything they could to make my purchase right. I was frustrated when I went in, as time was a factor with my purchase, but they both went above and beyond to make sure that everything was handled to my satisfaction and above. Kohl's has really stepped up over the last several years and this experience left me feeling great about my relationship with this company and because of these two exceptional customer service agents I will be a lifelong customer. Two thumbs up!
I'm a husky fellow...okay, a chub. Had no problem finding clothes for job interview that fit and looked sharp. Oh, price was best part.
Sometimes the people there are rude because they work longer hours but it is definitely worth checking out the clearance section. I bought 12 shirts for exactly $32. Great quality for the price!!
