The fact that there's only 2 people working lines and they give you an appointment card but don't do their jobs and actually put the appointment on the schedule, I need to find a different doctors office and change my insurance over to that one so I don't have to deal with these people anymore. That and it takes an hour to be seen by a doctor or anyone for that matter but that's not surprising since nobody does their jobs and the lines take forever to get through
Have been to see them twice. I had been sick for 5 weeks diagnosed with Upper Respiratory Infection and Bronchitis and they did blood work up and called me back in to tell me I had "Mono". I saw Sydney and she was very thorough. I was impressed with staff, nurses and my medical practitioner. GREAT JOB!
Katie Elm is a great NP. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend seeing her.
I am going to be finding a new doctor's office and this whole ordeal with my foot is done. I have hurt my foot somehow, and I work as a loader at night at ups. I am in constant pain. The doctor sent me to get an x-ray and told me he should get the results fast. It has been a week, and I have been having to call up there a couple days now. The first day I went in, I got into a room really fast, but waited two hours in that room. I have been there before, and Dr. Katie and the nurses are great. But Dr. Nair is sadly pushing me to change doctors.
I've been going to this doctor's office for 3 years dr. Chris Cooper had done many test on me and found I have scoliosis and bulging disc put me on pain meds for 4 months he gets fired they won't tell me why I go in this month for an appointment and they take me off my pain meds without offering any help or anything so they took it out on me and now I stay in pain all the time they are no good I do not recommend going to this place not just because of that they just don't pay attention and I'm talking about the doctors the nurses are wonderful
