Hedmans' did my flowers for my wedding and I was very pleased with them! All my flowers were beautiful and unique! The whole process went smoothly. They listened to my ideas and what I wanted, and made them come true! Other florists that I visited would not allow me to have certain flowers but when I went to Hedmans' they did not turn down any of my requests. They were gracious enough to set up a trial day, where I could view the center pieces a month before the wedding just in case we wanted to make any changes! Plus, they delivered and help set up at the reception hall! I have nothing negative to say about Hedman's florist. They were amazing!!!
Nice products. On time delivery. Friendly, helpful, patient customer service when ordering. They take care 9f all the local sympathy gifts for my church. Highly recommended!
The staff is friendly. They do all kinds of custom floral arrangements. They also have an antique shop that has a wide array of items for sell. This shop has been in business for many years.
I called from Lexington after 6pm on a Saturday desperately trying to find a Louisville florist who could deliver to a funeral home on Sunday. I am unfamiliar with Louisville area florists and it was Hedman's who answered even that late and the gentleman who answered was happy to help. He gave great attention to detail even asking if I would like a more masculine arrangement for my uncle. When I arrived at the funeral home the next day, thinking beggars can't be choosers and ready for whatever I got, I was blown away. The arrangement was GORGEOUS. By far the largest and most elegant arrangement in the room. Roses, lilies, asters in contrasting colors, so beautiful. I recommend this florist without hesitation and hope they have the success a conscientious, caring business deserves.
