After many stays, one that was 48 days, I will not trust my life to another hospital. Nurses are caring and informative. Aides are usually right on the ball. I highly recommend care here.
My life long best friend was a patient yesterday into this morning and I cannot say more positive things about this place. From the patient care from the nursing staff to the responsiveness of the doctors, she was highly cared for and respected. This hospital system has a patient first mantra and it shows. I also work in health care, and know that while most hospitals try to treat all patients like they are the most important person at their facility, this one PROVED it. The nurses Liz and Heather were amazing, along with Bonnie, an Daisy award winning nurse were instrumental in her care. It was a whirlwind of 2 days and better patient care could not have been given. Thank you for such a positive experience during such an sad situation. Personal love and care was given and this facility should be extremely proud of it's staff. Shout out to the lab staff too. The little black box of answers that no one sees. Always with the answers to the providers questions. GO LAB!!
When I went to see a lactation consultant after my baby was born our consultant was able to help us nurse in just minutes. It was such a relief and I am forever grateful for the help of the consultants at Baptist Health Louisville!
PLEASE TRUST ME & NEVER; EVER; GO TO THIS HOSPITAL EVEN IF YOU ARE DYING - THEIR SECURITY SYSTEM IS ONE OF THE MOST ABUSIVE I HAVE EVER SEEN - INHUMANE TREATMENT & CUSSING.
I was interacting w/ the nurses in the waiting room area for a medical related question when I'm already a progressing medical student.
It's a shame I unfortunately cannot rate a "0 star" rating for this dumb hospital.
Security had wrongly framed me for being abusive; started cussing at me; & as if that still wasn't enough abuse by itself chose to deceive/lie to St. Matthews Police Dept and I cannot even await on hospital property for my cab.
And if you get on 6 Park Tower, you will be in the best unit in the entire facility. That group is a real team that truly care about their patients.
Tell your patients and staff to watch before they pull in to to your hospital. I almost get hit every time. I'm going to file a complaint from now on and talk to whoever I have to. This is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. I have had family stay and every thing looks old and out dated. The nurses are lazy and are the ones to run you over while getting here. I've seen them in action. Not smart or bright. The administration doesn't really care about people who are walking on their property though. I guess we'll wait until someone gets hit and sue you all for what you're worth. Which may not be a lot. I am sick of this. I hope they close you down or turn it into Norton.
