My family drove all the way out from our house just to see a family member just to be told that the kids aren't allowed to visit even though we asked if we needed an appointment to have the kids there and they said no. And it's a 1 and a half drive from where I live. And then we overheard the front desk people talking about us and saying "too bad" about the fact that we traveled all this way for no reason.
I experience an opportunity to further my psychology studies afterwards, after college, but myself and the supervision for those patients didn't agree on whether I already handle the extreme situations that can occur in many awkward events.
