As previous reviews stated, the room was very dirty and stank quite a bit. In addition, the last nurse that treated my baby was extremely rude and stressed out. She did not have herself under control and deliberately hurt my baby so badly that he was screaming in pain. We were too shocked to react. When I called the nurse in charge the next day she said she would investigate and call me back. I never got a call back. I wonder if that was the same brutal nurse that tortured my baby. People like that should not be working in a profession where the “client” is already weakened. Not to suggest that type of behavior is tolerable towards the healthy. It just makes it all the much worse towards a very sick baby! I hope I won’t ever need to go to that place again!

Love the doctors and nurses all of them are super nice!! I had cancer for a few years and would stay every other week and it wasn't fun because of corse it was a hospital but the people made it fun!! ;)

Horrible bedside manners from a nurse in training and care is questionable at times. Be sure you get to talk to the real doctors not the resident doctor. You have to be here for your loved one and watch and analyze everything done because nobody cares for your loved ones like you do!! It's not a Godly place but there are good and bad present here at the same time. Always be there for your loved ones and know the difference. Take care and God Bless!!! Prayers and love to all suffering from any sickness!

The Nurses were very nice. But the room was really small and in between the couch thing and the wall, the paint was chipped off a pretty decent amount. Lookin like a Holiday Inn that's been in buisness for 15+ years lol. And the FEMALE older security guard was very rude. Acted like she owned the place. She could have gave us a simple answer to our question but she smarted off to us and was just being rude in general. Definitely not how to treat someone. I guess she was just mad that she didn't get to sit at the desk like the other security guard. But other Than that no complaints. Like I said, the nurses were really nice.

We were here last week with my 4 month old niece who had RSV and a double ear infection. From the emergency room to 5E the nurses, doctors and everyone who we came in contact with were wonderful! Great attitudes, very friendly and always explaining what they were doing and what was going on with her. They were very good with the baby. Can't say enough good things about our experience here!
