Took my two year old daughter here and while they were great with her I'm giving a bad review for a billing/front desk problem.
I had talked to them prior to my appointment about billing and insurance coverage and was assured by whomever I talked to that my insurance was accepted and would cover the routine visit. When my daughter was seen in their office her insurance information was taken and again I was assured EVERYTHING would be fully covered by insurance. Now here we are thirty days later with a bill for the FULL AMOUNT. Nothing was covered by our insurance. I've spoken with billing and this location specifically and they will do NOTHING about it. When I try to speak to them about it they tell me insurance coverage is not to their knowledge that they just take the information for billing. I should not have been told repeatedly I would be fully covered if they did not have that knowledge. Very disapointed. It's sad that someone at the front desk ruined our experience while the people actually taking care of my daughter were absolutely wonderful.
