Clean establishment!! Drop off service and fast, friendly, and affordable. $1 per pound... washed, dry, and fold for the times I don't have time to do on my own laundry between work and family. Will be returning soon. Thank you for great service.
Cleanest laundromat in the city and I've been to just about all of them. Courteous staff very helpful. I love the different capacity washers 80 lb, 60 lb, 40 lb, 25 lb and of course your standard 10-15 lb top loaders. Two different size dryers that will dry anything in about 30 minutes. Where else can you go do all your laundry and be in and out in about an hour? Or in 4 minutes 2 minutes to drop off and 2 minutes to pick up. Check it out located @ 4th & Oak in Old Louisville.
The facility is very clean and well maintained. There is never a problem when I am there. The employees seem to really love their job and the work they perform. I have ran into to a younger lady on the second shift a few times,she helps me out if need and sometimes entertains my daughter while doing laundry.. Overall very nice establishment.
My one experience with their drop off service was bad enough that I'm going to go somewhere else from now on. I told the guy at the counter that I was there for drop off service when I arrived and he just pointed to the wall with the tv on it. I told him I didn't know what he was pointing at since I hadn't been there before. Turns out there was a scale against the wall but it just wasn't something you could see from the angle I was standing at. He had me write down my name and number. I like clothes washed cold and dried on delicate so I asked where I'd put that information down - because at this point I still don't have a ticket like at most laundry places - and he tells me he'll remember which wasn't reassuring. I pay anyway, against my better judgement, and he tells me I can pick up my clothes after eight. I get there at eight-thirty and the place is closed even though every sign listing business hours says they close at nine.
Called to ask if they had WiFi, was rudely told no & then hung up on. Didnt even get to ask anything else.
