Expensive! Low quality wash! Driers dont work fast so you're spending more!
Compared to alot of laundrymats this place is pretty decent and clean day shift is very friendly night shift not at all it was 7:20 lady staff would not let me in the sign reads last load at 730 they lock the doors at night because of security reasons she did not even leave the desk she was sitting in and lip talked we are close...i had to take my laundry else where that night however now i go in the day time
I go there to pay my LG&E bill & they are always friendly & gracious!
Good place to get in and out. However the owners/workers arent very involved. The whole time I was there they just sat behind the desk and played on their phones.
Website states this laundry is open until 9:00pm, but I knew better and arrived at 7:26pm. Before I could get my comforter out of my trunk, a woman came to the door of the laundry and said "You can't come in to wash that." I asked if they were open until 9:00pm as stated on their website. She said yes. "But last wash is 7:30pm." I then asked her what time it was, and she said "7:30." It made sense to me if last wash was at 7:30, and I was standing there with one item to wash at 7:30, she would let me in. But no - she continued to sound like a broken record. Never again for me! I went to J-Town laundry who not only let me in, but greeted me at the door when they saw I was walking with a cane and took my comforter from me to help. That is the kind of business I appreciate.
