Highland does many things well. They told me they will remove fancy buttons from sweaters for dry cleaning and then sew the buttons back on. They also mended my son's neck tie as part of the cleaning with no extra charge. My clothes always come back smelling fresh ( I have been to cleaners where this was not the case). They note stains and will attempt to carefully retreat. I even feel like my clothes look less pilly and are not covered with lint when I get them back. However at this location I have had a few mishaps. I requested that my wide neck rayon sweater be folded (over a hanger) and without hesitation they agreed to do it. The sweater later came back with the neck badly stretched out over a hanger. This was the worst for me. I would have preferred they told me if they weren't sure they could fold it. I had to hand wash it to shrink the neck back. This same day they forgot to give me my reusable garment bag ( they sell these bags to customers). On a previous occasion, I left a sweater that had stones both sewn and glued. When the sweater came back the glued stones were falling off. They did agree and beautifully fix the sweater (which was great) but they first blamed me for leaving it. I would certainly have appreciated a warning. I would not have left it.
