Awful service and they ruined my cashmere sweater. How are they still in business?
Was looking for a new cleaner. Old cleaner was just a little further than I wanted to travel. My mistake.
I pointed it out to the manager, who continued to argue this was my fault. She didn't like when she asked who checked me in, and I noted it was her. She even followed me to my car to try and argue it was MY fault. 5 khakis not done the way I asked. Somehow, make that my fault.
Took in shirts and khakis. Asked for no starch on shirts. Got that. Asked for no crease on the khakis that had no crease (1 pair had a crease). When I picked them up, all the khakis but 1 had a crease. Yep, pretty darn permanent. And since these are casual, the creases don't look right (and they were even crooked).
So, no, I will not be back.
