The rooms were exactly what we were looking for. We have a two year old and we needed the separation between where he sleeps and where we sleep. Good size room. Nice kitchen. TV signal quality could've been better but it wasn't a deal breaker. Also the free breakfast is just pre-packaged granola bars, muffins, oatmeal, and coffee. But we knew that going in so it wasn't a surprise. Overall we enjoyed our stay
I only went in and got information on their nightly rates. It was not too bad of a price, just more than what I could afford at the time. The lobby was well lit and clean with friendly staff behind the counter. The location is very convenient, meaning there is plenty of (by that I mean LOTS) restaurants and great entertainment spots all within a mile. Plus, its located right off of a major interstate so its super easy to find and get to. This is where I will stay the next time I get a room for more than just a business stay.
Dont ask for anything coffee...hotwater after 9am. Its just not gonna happen.
Now onto the (workout room) ever saw a treadmill shoved into a closet?
Now on to the (Amenities) that knocks the score down.
The snack bar that is open from 6am to 9am is literally attached to the front counter. The guy at the front desk stares and watches as you get what you need (monitored).
It is worth 5 stars due to the Manager who is pretty awesome and took very good care of me upon my arrival.
The staff was above and beyond friendly. From check in to check out it was an A+ experience because it was clean and friendly and safe. I would stay again. The wifi was a must since I was here doing media for Louder Than Life. The location was perfect. Best part was fall decorations. Details are important and this hotel nailed it.
