It is clear after our experience that the different departments within Coleman don't talk to one another. After our salesperson received our signed paperwork ~ never heard from her again. When I had questions I was turned over to a dispatcher who was not familiar with our move and had to explain everything to her. Tried to pay our bill and after having to input all the information I was told there was an error. Waited a week for a response from company about payment and was told there shouldn't be a problem. Finally was able to pay the bill only to receive a letter a few weeks later threatening collections if our bill wasn't paid. We had 3 actual movers the day of our move - 2 were awesome. The third was apparently the 'bosses son' and he spent more time on his cell phone in our bathroom than he did packing and moving our items. We had them hold some of our items for a few weeks until our place was ready and the morning they were to move it to our new home the movers called us b/c they didn't have the address they were moving to. Moving companies don't need to worry about repeat customers b/c people don't move that often. Abundantly clear that Coleman isn't concerned with customer service or a positive customer experience.
