Great experience. The guys padded and wrapped everything and worked incredibly hard from morning until dark. They really did bust their rear ends all day. So appreciate the young men who helped us. They were polite and helpful all day. We required two trucks and four guys and they filled both trucks and anytime I asked them do move something or add to their list they were so cooperative and helped then got right back to task. Really happy with their service.

We had two trucks four men for our move. Kevin, Leland, Ahmad and Dakota were all very professional yet gave us many laughs on a day that is stressful. They handled our belongings with care and we are so happy to be delivered safely into our new home. We were amazed at how well they worked together to get the job done. Awesome work men!
The setup for the move was easy to do. The three movers we had were AWESOME (D. Mills, A. Stewart, C. Potter). Very professional, courteous and very hard working. If my score was based off of this team it would have been five stars. The office/billing team is a different story. There were some issues during the move that the crew boss made us aware of and deducted time from our total for those issues. However the following day the office called and said they could not deduct the total time for the issues and they would be charging us another hours rate. What could we do they had our debit card? They charged our card another hours rate despite our protest. Come on office staff catch up with your AWESOME moving team!!!
This company has moved me twice now. The first time I used them, the experience was so good and the service exceptional that I didn’t bother calling anyone else the second time. It was exactly what I had come to expect. The staff was professional and polite. Simple and to the point. The movers were great. And it was done in less than two hours. I would also note that it was 27 degrees outside. It’s a lot like going to chick fil a, but the service is for moving your belongings instead of chicken sandwiches. Point is, your expectations are always met or exceeded. Great company.
We were also impressed with the staff in the office from Clay giving us a quote to Crystal going over the move by phone two days prior to the actual move date.
