Best storage business in town! Clean and upkept storage facility at a great deal with tremendous customer service. My job requires the use of a lot of storage facilities in and around town, and none can compare to my experience with Zippy Shell.
Sleazy, dishonest and unprofessional. DO NOT hire this company. They gave me two options for loading their container after bringing it to my house: I could load it myself or Zippy Shell could provide the movers to move my stuff. I chose to have Zippy Shell provide the movers. Long story short, the movers hooked up my washer and dryer at our new house but - as we later found out - didn't properly attached the wastewater hose to the back of the washer. When we eventually used the washer it unloaded an entire load of water into our house causing extensive water damage. But hey, accidents happen and I can just file a claim with their insurance carrier, right? Wrong. Zippy Shell refused to accept responsibility because the movers were subcontracted and because there was "no evidence" they did any installation at our house. Really? Did the washer just hook itself up? So pathetic, sleazy, dishonest and unprofessional. Just do what is right by your customer.
Kevin and his team were super helpful in delivering my shell safely! They worked with me on a delivery time and made it simple and stress free. Zippy Shell in Louisville was great!
Our company uses them regularly. Best packer/movers we have ever had. They thoroughly wrap every piece of furniture and get every inch of space utilized in the shell. Great storage facility. (Other places store underground and we saw evidence of moisture). Zippyshell has an easy in & out for our customers. Excellent customer service!
