Jarboe was quick to respond getting service out to us by the next day. Standing by their $93 or Free offer for drain clearing. It was great to know ahead of time what to expect. The service guy Zach was very nice and professional.
We have had our system serviced by Jarboe's for a number of years and we wouldn't use anyone else. They are reliable and Matthew, the service technician who has been to our home the last several visits, is always efficient and professional, and he goes above and beyond with friendliness, almost more like a guest than a business employee. People like Matthew representing Jarboe's make all the difference and are a big reason for the company's success.
The Jarboe's service technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable in completing our service appointment. Called about no gas in a gas line that extended out to a furnace in the ad-on portion of the home. Service tech came out, told me line was likely clogged but he didn't really know, and recommended an installation of a new line. Quoted $1481. Or $352 for first hour of putting holes in walls to repair current, $169/hr after that.
After removing the cap of the gas line to confirm there was no gas, he tightened it back up WITHOUT using any sealing lubricant! This is not okay when checking gas lines! Also knocked a hose in the crawlspace out and forgot to put it back - resulted in flooding.
So basically, I paid $94 for an estimate bc the tech was clueless as to the cause of the problem and he left me with a not-safe gas line situation and a little flooding in my crawlspace.
