Tony's has nevet let me down. Makes me glad to keep my money in the neighborhood! When your home is 115 years old, you use people who know the lay of the land. Thank you for being there.
I used this company five years ago and thought I could trust them. I called them out January 2016 to auger out my sewer line after discovering a blockage. They told me my sewer line was blocked in two places and claimed to have hit the second blockage 20 feet out in my yard. They charged me $200 without fully resolving the problem. Then they wanted to charge me $500 to run a camera through my line to figure out exactly where the blockage was. Thankfully I learned that MSD does this for free and got a second opinion from another plumber and finding out exactly where the blockage was. They told me that Tony's broke my sewer pipe in one place and had no way of augering out 20 feet. I felt lied to and deceived by the company and my $200 literally went down the drain.
I can't say enough about the excellent service that I get from Tony's Plumbing. I have an old home with lots of plumbing that periodically needs some tender loving care. Once I call, the technicians arrive within the time window stated. Today, I called and they were at my home within 30 minutes. My basement toilet is 90 year old and has had a few problems. Fortunately they were able to do a simple fix and it will live on.
These guys set an appointment with me with a 10-2 window and no one showed up and no one called... I called to follow up and dealt with very rude service. I rescheduled an appt two days later and no one called or showed up! What kind of company does that? Did not even bother to call... Very unprofessional.
Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and their work has been quality. And the very best thing is- The prices are very reasonable!
I don't know the details of the 1 star review, but I'm sure there is an explanation. Try Tony's- you'll be satisfied.
What a wonderful company. We had a major issue with tree roots in our sewer line, plumbing was not working. We called Tony's due a recommendation of another plumbing company that could not unclog our line. They were nice enough to fit us in the next morning and amazingly enough they were able to get our plumbing working as well as tell us the our problems may be an MSD issue, first time anyone had told us that. We called MSD and they were responsible. MSD replaced our sewer line, everything works great. I highly recommended Tony's. Honest.. Great.. Reasonable.. Friendly.
