Service Tech arrived on time. He Jeremy Uptian, completed a survey of issue and review of at other possible needs. Was efficient in taking care of the issue quickly. Explained and provided info and costs on other possible future issues discovered. Also provided info on service plans. We ended up taking the Silver Plan and will schedule additional work after first of year. Jeremy was friendly and knowledgeable and established a god working rapport with us. WE recommend him and Drexler for its Excellent service.
Tim and Josh first tuned up our furnace and then offered us some maintenance tips and additional options to help better maintain the system and air quality within our home. Today they returned to repair a furnace feature and to install an incredible air filtering system. They were professional in their dealings with us as homeowners and expertly knowledgeable about the systems as a whole. I cannot thank them enough for their help! Highly recommended!
Exceptionally courteous and responsive team. Had to call 6 plumbing companies to finally get one who did what they said they would do. I had sewage backup in the basement for almost three days while trying to get a plumber out. Tom Drexler showed up when they said they would and made sure the job was done the right way, with the most qualified person. Highly recommend this team of professionals to anyone demanding the highest level of customer satisfaction. Tiffany arrived in the promised time frame. She was kind and courteous. The reasonable pricing (for unclogging the main sewage pipe) was give upfront with no surprises. They wore booties and clean uniforms. She bleach cleaned the areas they worked in. Before she left, she got the camera technician scheduled to come the next day to better assess the tree root blockage.
The next day, David Redeem arrived promptly inside the promised time frame. He was kind and courteous. He wore booties and a clean uniform. He allowed me to watch the camera screen with him and explained what he saw as we went. (There were multiple tree roots in the pipes!) He walked the outdoor areas with me and marked where the roots were with spray paint and he told me how deep the pipes were at each location. He gave me estimates based on the depth they would have to dig for each repair. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and taught me as we went.
Turns out my hot water heater needed more work than initially thought. Teri H came and added an element. Because it wasn't done initially there was no charge. He was thorough, very nice, knowledgeable and cleaned up all his mess and dust busted. I can't tell you how impressed I am with Tom Drexler. I would feel very confident having them come and do any work for me.
