I have been dealing with Laura Oatley for years for real estate endeavors in various forms. She along with her team are awesome to work with and they always have your best interest at heart. Vicki Yates was awesome to deal with as well and very helpful with the paperwork side of things.
Arijan was my go to guy and a saving grace every step of the way during my home buying process. He was always very encouraging and more than willing to go the extra mile for a good deal and a fair price. He worked with me on being available and gave advice and guidance anywhere it was suitable. Definitely an asset to any home buyer and he's the first and only agent I'll ever work with when buying a home in Louisville.
I have bought and sold with the Oatley Team. The realtors as well as the support staff are very professional. They understood what I was looking for and were willing to go above and beyond whether showing me properties or showing the property I was selling. The support staff kept in constant communication with us through the entire closing process to assure that there were no surprises and that we were fully prepared to close on the scheduled closing date.
Selling my first home was a big decision that I didn't take lightly. I interviewed four Realtors and Laura won out (hands down). I appreciated her honest and no-nonsense approach. Turns out, it was the best decision as she and the Team helped me greatly throughout the sale process. They handled most everything from helping me determine when to list and the best listing price to coordinating for the best offer; helping me find contractors to meet the Inspection remedy items, to handling my special kind of crazy (avidly following up on the buyers loan processing as I needed lots of notice to manage an out-of-state move). A special Thanks to Vicki, Matt, and Laura...I don't see how you could have done any more or any better at helping me navigate the sale of my home with both class, courtesy and professionalism.
