I called at 8 am due to my dog having worms in his poop. I was told that the doctor could see home and that he would be done by 12 pm. I went ahead and dropped my Shih Tzu off as well to have her glands removed. I came back at 12 pm which was the time I was told to be back. Once I arrived I was told that my dogs weren't ready due to the doctor being in surgery all day. (Ok fine) So I was told to come back at 6pm. At 6pm I arrived and was asked by the receptionist what I needed to be done. (WHAT!!!!) nothing had been done NOTHING CAN U BELIEVE IT, AFTER 8 hours. I was told that nothing had been confirmed and I would have to pay the 50$ office visit and that if I wanted them to come back in the morning to have everything done I would again have to pay the office visit. Can u believe this place. I was never even told sorry
Friendly and caring staff, they're conveniently located in PetSmart with decent hours of operation. I like having the ability to quickly print off any proof of vaccinations that the grooming people need. This location can often get you in same day or you can drop your pet off if a surgery or something is needed and pick them up after work. My only complaint with that would be that they won't take your pet outside to use the restroom unless you ask and sign a waiver. However they never mention it unless we ask, the first time we used the drop off service we didn't know about the waiver and when we picked our dog up she needed a bath because she pooped in the kennel an got it in her fur. The pet plan runs on average about $25 a month, I would recommend getting it at least while your pet is a puppy/kitten because it covers most vaccinations and stuff your going to have to buy anyways, plus you get free office visits.
The monthly option is a waste of money - apparently the individual clinics and the "home office" don't communicate, so we ended up getting random emails, phone calls and postcards about upcoming appointments that weren't scheduled and vaccines that were already done or weren't needed for awhile. If you don't have the monthly plan, their cost is greater than a "normal" vet (to promote the prepaid plans).
The staff is veryoving and ck.lashionate about our pets.
