I came in and loved the service. I had many questions and they were happy to answer them all. If you ever need to get your bike fixed or if you need any biking things they've got it.
We went there because of the positive reviews and had a really good experience. Derek was extremely helpful. He sold us a bike that was the right match for my son's needs.
Blew a tube on the way home on my bike trailer and the crew at On Your Left repaired my trailer and even gave my bike a tune up while i waited... Excellent customer service and prices... Be back soon to buy a new Scott mountain bike..
These guys are Awesome. TONS of bikes, parts, and super knowledgeable about all things bike related. Derek is always happy to answer all of my crazy questions and make spot on recommendations. Prices are more than fair and the shop is super nice. They also have demo bikes and parts so you can actually have real world test rides and make truly informed decisions before buying new bikes and gear. Even if you don't buy your bike from them, they still treat you the same as if you did. That to me, speaks volumes about these guys. Thanks Derek!
