I bought my Expedition there. I love my car but will not take it back to Bill Collins for repair. I broke my side mirror and took it in to get an estimate. Was told the whole system had to be replaced as well as the side window and rubber seal around the window to the tune of about $1500. The whole system had not been effected, just the mirror. I took it to my favorite repair shop and they were able to order the mirror from Ford and installed it for less than $200. It works like new. There was nothing wrong with the window or rubber seal and they did not need to be replaced.
Thank you all!!
You want me to call the GM - what so I can get his voice mail? I copied him on my email to your service department manager. Neither one of them bothered to email or call me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an awesome experience buying from Bill Collins. CT was the sales guy we dealt with and he was absolutely amazing. They were busy that day so we had to wait a little bit to get in to the finance managers office to sign paperwork. He kept us in the loop the entire time and was a pleasure working with him. He was not pushy and was very patient with us. He went out of his way to make us happy and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car! The finance manager was also great. She was super nice, efficient and answered every question we had with a smile on her face. I will definitely continue to do business here :)
You guys are a joke!
First and foremost, the main problem I had was a loss of power (miss) from my engine on a 2006 F150. I also wanted my brakes checked and an air leak from my windshield looked at. I dropped my truck off Friday evening around 6:45 with Tony in the service dept. Went over everything with Tony before leaving. First thing Saturday morning (8:34am) Tony called and said I need brakes all the way around. I new this was a possibility - so I was good with that. Finally called and talked to Tony around 2:15 to find out the progress on the truck. He said they were done with the brakes and just now looking into the engine. Okay...... what's taking so much time. Tony preceded to tell me that each tech would have to take their turn on my truck - not just one person. So I waited some more. Finally called again about 5:50pm directly to Tony. NO ANSWER! Had to have my wife drive me to the dealership, where everyone in the service department had left for the day!!!!! I had to talk to the sales team (Randy and another woman who's name escapes me). They did their best to help me and to reach Tony and Randy (the service dept. mgr.). Meanwhile after being there for about an hour, Randy from sales was able to get me a loaner car for the weekend. Funny thing is Tony called me at 7:39pm Saturday evening and had no idea I went to the dealership??? RIGHT! He said he had an emergency and had to leave which is fine with me. Everyone has emergencies, but for no one to call me and tell me they'd have my truck through Monday is mind boggling! He said he brought home the paperwork and planned on calling me. WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST TO TELL ME THAT THEY WERE KEEPING MY TRUCK ALL WEEKEND! I'm so grateful for Randy and his sales staff for taking care of me because the sercive dept really dropped the ball! Finally able to pick up my truck after work on Monday after a replacement of one plug and a coil, and they didn't even fix the air leak from the windshield. Tony however did get me the part #'s that may or may not fix the problem with the air leak! THANKS TONY - WHAT A GUY! OH and Thank You Randy the service department manager who never responded to my email!!!
I had been searching for the 'perfect' car for quiet a while, after several trips to different dealerships, I was certain it just was not going to work out for me. I was not going to find the car I wanted for the price I needed. Deanna and Daniel at Bill Collins went absolutely above and beyond in my car buying process. They were able to put me in my dream car with every single option I ever wanted, for the price I wanted. It took ALOT of work on their end and I appreciate everything they did! I have bought from several car lots in the past, and I will ALWAYS recommend Bill Collins after this experience!
I have had an amazing experience purchasing my first car from Bill Collins Ford!!! CT has been an outstanding and exemplar salesperson. I came in and he didn't have anything immediately on the lot, but once he saw a car I might like, he remembered my name and let me know when the car was available. I just purchased the vehicle he found for me. It's a used 2010 Ford Fusion and I am so excited to be able to drive a great vehicle!
