I was recently in to have my 2010 Hyundai Genesis serviced. My service advisor was Tasha Haycraft. I would like to compliment her on not only getting my car fixed but going above and beyond. She helped set up a rental car for me. Tasha is always a delight to work with. I hope the company realizes what a asset she is. Way to go Tasha for setting the bar for others to follow.

We had a great experience! The facility was very clean, inviting and the lot was easy to navigate. Everyone was super friendly. David Jones, our sales person, was very patient, knowledgeable, explained everything throughly and made sure all of our questions were completely answered. We didn't feel pressured at any time and felt valued as a customer. We will definitely come to David at Hyundai of Louisville first when buying a new car in the future.
For the last couple weeks I have heard my co worker come in upset about her vehicle. Hyundai of Louisville on Dixie hwy had been TERRIBLE to her. She originally went to them for a recall. After replacing it the same thing happen! So she had to bring it back. She was hung up on. Giving the run around. The manager was rude and told her his mechanics worked in $80,000 engines so they know what they are doing. Just disgusting. After asking for a loaner vehicle as the time it has taken without a vehicle has been substantial she was told her wires were cut. Hyundai tried blaming someone else when they were the last ones to replace the alternator. After getting her car back the last time the oil dip stick was left on between the hood and windshield and the fuse box top was left off from under her hood. After ALL of this the battery light is back on. I would NEVER trust the place. I’m appalled by their service and treatment of their customers. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT GO HERE.
I bought a 2017 Genesis G90 Ultimate from David Jones. Wonderful experience from start to finish. He knew everything about the car and spent a great deal of time reviewing it with me. Experience with the dealership employees has also been excellent. Very courteous. I plan to see David for my next purchase.
