I will never and I mean never be taken advantage of by crooked dishonest people like the most Jim Brown. Tim seen me coming a mile away. The car he did me was hazardous, none working, piece of junk. Please don't buy from them as Tim will take advantage of you as well. I inspire of the lesson I was sold, was a perfect customer and just paid it off. Never again will I buy at buy here, pay here.
We've done business with Jim Brown for almost six years. Bought two cars from them. Recently, we traded the second car for a 2016 vehicle at another well known Jeep dealership. The dealership obtained the payoff from Jim Brown, processed the sale in a professional manner, and we took home the new car.
This place is a huge waste of time tried to inquire about a truck only to be lied to over and over again if there were a way to put less than 1 star I definitely would because this place is a joke tim is a very shady person who can't keep his story straight who ever owns this lot should definitely fire him and hire a professional to run his lot

Now, two weeks later we get two aggressive calls in one day from Jim Brown demanding payment. No regard to the discussion they had with the new dealer. No regard to the 5 years of good payment history we've had on TWO CARS. I called the new dealership to inform them of Jim Brown's demands. The new dealer contacted Jim Brown to assure them the payoff is on the way.
RE: Cute, Sir I call two to three hours before your listed close time and nobody's there or they can not take my payment. I have driven there an hour before you close and it is as dark as can be. Guess you use a different time system then others do.
People were nice at first but after they had my money attitudes quickly changed. Every time I call to make a payment they are rude or closed during their listed operating hours!!!???Either change your listed hours or stay open, that simple. On the other hand car is pretty decent , although over priced.
