If I could list zero stars I would...stay away! Horrible service and they provided a vehicle with no key fob and one key access...that key access had been drilled out, making it so the car could not be unlocked. Well, we were on vacation and 2 hours away from airport we rented from...I spent my own money to access the van, waited until late night for a replacement van, and they did nothing for my expenses and ruined day.
They have not responded to any inquiries, so I highly recommend staying away from this outfit...owned by Hertz, but no where near the level of service.
