Scam Alert! I spoke with Jacob who quoted me a competive rate and picked up the car the a few days later. After I returned the car my final bill was over $500. I called back and spoke with Jacob for an explanation of the final bill and his quote of $175 for the week. He weazeled his way off the phone to his manager Max. Max might be the most unprofessional and rude "manager" to work in customer service. Jacob mysteriously was gone for the day and Max said I had nothing in writing to substantiate my quote. They also claimed their phone calls are not really recorded as well. Renter BEWARE!
This location has the most unprofessional customer service I have experienced in a long time. I gave up my attempts to get a rental after a few days and they couldn't have cared less during the whole time.
Fortunately, the Enterprise location on Shelbyville Rd. in Middletown quickly provided the rental car I needed.
