Fair pricing. Great helpful staff
The price quoted through Hot wire and while I was at Budget both were $24.10. I dropped the car off, gas tank full, not dirty, returned early, and not a scratch on the thing and was charged just over $100. I realize the rate is an estimate and there are a few taxes/fees that may not be in the quote, but $100 is much larger then $24. The budget rep was of no help and basically said it's on me to try to get a refund. She said she would call customer service, but said she got too busy. That's horrible customer service. Don't promise me something you can't give. This will be the last time I will use hot wire or budget.
I dislike car rental places but this one made the experience a little more pleasant than most.
The automobile we rented was very clean and more than met our expectations. This is the second time we rented a car from this location and we have been satisfied both times. The staff has been very nice and accommodating both times.
They were great. Car gave me no trouble.
