It is a very weird place which I never will go back and suggest you not to go, even if you have to pay more at other rental car companies.

These guys were extremely helpful every time we came by. Once we showed up without a reservation, and they had us on the road in 30 minutes. Dwayne is especially friendly, and pulled a few strings for us, saving us about $100 dollars on our last visit. Awesome crew, awesome service, and about half as expensive as the Hertz at the airport.
Awful! Manager lady incredibly rude to prospective customers.
Firstly, I arrived at 5:52 P.M (before closing time), they tried to refuse me and telling we are closed.
After that they suggested me a car and asked me to be with them to look around the car with a cellphone flash light in the dark!! and mark the dents or scratches on a paper. At the end I realized that the car needed to be cleaned and washed off the dusts and birds poop!! So I waited almost 15 minutes for them to clean it. Finally when I got into the car, I found out the gas is not full and ask them to full it, they just told me bring it with the same amount of gas (but how should I estimate it??)
