Had a perfectly working iPhone 7 until iOS 11 update. Have had issues ever since. I have talked to Apple for a month a half to try and fix it. I even went to the Apple store and was met with an extremely rude man telling me the only fix was to pay $300 to replace the phone. I would have replaced it within warranty if the update was available at that time. Conveniently was released a week or so after the warranty ran out. Disappointed with the service they have now especially compared to what they used to be. Just money hungry now.
Excellent customer service. On Black Friday no less. If I could I would give 10 stars. They know their products and because they do not work off commissions no high pressure sales.
So I smashed my phone at the gym, instantly drove up to Apple at Oxmoor Mall and I had to wait about 30 minutes before someone could check my phone which is pretty good considering how busy they usually are. The only issue I had was how long it took for them to fix my phone. I waited almost an extra hour, which was a little frustrating. But at the end of the day, I got pretty good customer service, and I got my phone fixed without making an appointment. The price was also not too shabby considering I broke my LCD screen too and they give you a 90 day warranty after they fix your phone.

It’s a great place. Recently I went there to get a MacBook Pro touch bar with free beats. I liked it so much that on the same day I convinced my sister to buy one. We went there again and got one for her.
