One of the best retail experiences of my life. Being new to the Playstation platform, I was looking to buy some simple and engaging games. The young men behind the counter tutored me on the game styles and helped me pick out a few games that the family found engaging and entertaining. Always attentive to my questions and genuinely interested in getting me the games that best suits our interests and abilities. Great shopping experience.

For a place that sells products that you can get online for less than or the same price their customer service is highly lacking. Pre-owned only $5 off list price and $15 more than big box stores; I'm not paying extra for crappy service so I won't be using this small business again.
