I have been to Staples many times, but today I was really surprised with all the helps I got from the associates. Danielle answered all my questions regarding school supplies, Joshua greeted me very nicely, Ariel explained to me the coupon policy politely and clearly.
A great and convenient place for all your office/school supplies. Folks are very friendly and helpful.
All the associates were VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL.
And when we had to go to different Staples to pick our item, another associate offered to call other store to make sure that store had our item and hold it for us.
Amy in the Print Shop is wonderful. Surpassed expectations and produced a copy that I thought was the original until told otherwise!
This is an excellent example of what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT.
