My girlfriend and I were staying here for 2 months for a job. I’m not even gonna lie, this hotel kinda sucks in minor ways, but I don’t blame the staff at all, and they really do work with what they have. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate and were so helpful and nice. The front desk staff were WONDERFUL and absolutely never off putting, we even made friends with most of them! Erica is a DOLL and really helped us to feel at home (and needs a raise honestly), I didn’t ever feel like we were getting the fake hospitality attitude from anyone. I won’t even say the reasons why I didn’t like the hotel because I’d still stay here again just for the staff. I will say, the rooms are pretty big and the furniture they use isn’t bulky so you don’t feel cramped like some nicer hotels, which was nice considering how much baggage we had. If you have a problem with anything about your room (because let’s be honest, you MIGHT) just be nice and ask kindly for what you want, and they will provide. Overall a wonderful experience and totally worth the price.
Room was clean. Breakfast and the pool were okay. The hotel has a creepy feel to it, but I can't put my finger on why. Still a good stay.
First of all, Erica at the front desk is AMAZING. We are from Louisville, but moved and are in town for a night. She made us really miss home. So friendly and hospitable, we will never stay anywhere else when we come to town. Second, the accommodations are cozy, clean, and close to EVERYTHING. Hands down, a great experience and value.
Pictures were very deceiving not at all what we were expecting. Pool area was gross jets barely worked in the hot tub. Our room was not the cleanest either really need new carpet and the bathroom was so small you can barely move in them. Breakfast was alright but not much of a selection. We always stay in places that have full breakfast and this was one of the worst selections we have ever had, all they offered was those nasty dried up sausage links for meat, no bacon no patties at all. Workers seems nice they let us check in early without a problem. We did have to call for more towels only had 2 in the room and we had no pillows either for out pull out bed. You had to go to the front desk to get them they didn't deliver them and they did not have anymore pillows to give us. Good thing my kids had a pillow in the car or they would have had to sleep without 1.
The room was great, spacious, comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly
