Breakfast was good but our room cleanliness was lacking. You could tell the entire hotel hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time and there was a hair on my pillow. We got a room with a hot tub and didn't even use it because it didn't seem clean enough for my liking.
Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and a good sized with a small living room. Convenient location.
Location is wonderful being so close to the Freedom Hall and Expo Center. The rooms were very clean and they were very accommodating when we had to switch rooms. I felt the staff could have been more friendly on the small interactions. I was under the impression no one wanted to be there or help me as a guest. There is only one shuttle that runs back and forth between the hotel and Expo Center. The trips are quick, but it only seats 10, so far very large groups, it might be quicker to walk instead of wait (as I did several times, but not the entire time). Overall, it was a good experience and you ultimately get what you pay for.
Good location. Staff was polite and helpful. We had a king suite which was very clean and felt up to par with some of the more high end hotels. The cable did not work very well. It was provided by Spectrum. It went in and out but it wasn't a huge deal. Staff provided us with recommendations for local dining. Would recommend!
The eventual stay was restful but it took three times to get a room - first room wasn't ready, second one already had an occupant (that was almost embarrassing). Third room was nice but the door didn't open all the way. Bathroom was an interesting layout with the sink outside, away from the toilet and shower. Float on the toilet would stick not allowing the tank to refill. All that said, the bed was comfortable and sleep was quiet. Breakfast the next morning was pretty decent. Neither the best nor worst hotel I've stayed in. Would consider staying here again.
