Miserable! I've worked for Schulte Hospitality Group and stayed in their hotels and both are miserable.

- some of the leaders have never even worked for a hotel
- worst company I've ever worked for
- cut all vacation days and eliminated sick days
very nice managers they hire. professional and curteous. you dont find that to often nowadays.
Poor management, leadership leads by fear and intimidation!
I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites in Fairfield,CA. I'm a Hilton Diamond Member so there is a Level of expectation I have when I stay at a property.
Working for them is a joke! They manage with fear and intimidation especially their Senior Vice President of Operations. The hotels are poorly run and they skimp on anything possible to cut costs. Don't be surprised if your room has bed bugs.
I checked in late . The room was fine however the next morning when I went to lock the door, I couldn't. The deadbolt was misaligned and could not lock. I told the front desk this was unacceptable and wanted some form of reimbursement. They declined. I called the General Manger Randy Baron twice with no reply.

I'm astounded at the lack of Action and concern about the lock not working. I will not stay at this property and will try to avoid Shulte properties in the future due to this experience.

- almost 90% turnover in corporate office and 100% in the hotels
- plan on quitting or getting fired within a year
- Darryl Schulte, Ray Schulte, Kevin Gallagher, Keith Alexander and Jason Peoples are very focused on themselves and could care less about the company.
